Sin with Crowd control?

Ive been readin alot and came up with this build:
TS-20
Dtail-20
CoT-20
PS-20
rest is for shadow master BOS and Fade...

is the chain lightnin released from the PS is good for crowd control?
i hope it is cause its my main plan...
umm... i understad that u cant mix Fade and BOS at the same time... so what should be better for my build?
and shadow master, will she have only the skills dat i have? (cause i dont wanna spend my skill points on traps)
and last Question, whats better Claw/Shiled Or Claw/Claw?
if ill go only for BOS i think i should use a shiled dont i?

Crowd control
Well assassin is one of the best when it come's to crowd control if you ask me ... put a point in cloak of shadows and everything but champion and the like will just stand waiting for you to kill them. mindblast can convert some and make large grops fight among them self letting you have a free go on a few.

Well as for your build I'd just mention that PS 3:rd charge freeze everything other than champions and above, even baals minions of destruction ...

As for BoS vs Fade ... that really hard as it's dependant on the situation. speed when you can kill your enemies fast without takeing many hits, and fade when your in an area with many caster monsters. Well I prefer BoS on a MA sin but Fade might come in handy from time to time.

Shadow master has all assassin skills but tends to use those you have more points in (making her have higher lvl of it) more often if I've observed corectly

Well C/S or C/C is a good question. Charging CoT will be faster if you have dual claws. I'm not sure about all the advantages and disadvantages but personaly I like dual claw ... looks cooler in my opinion

fully agree :thumbsup: with a decent lvl of mindblast you create enught "minions" working as destractions to go up close with the biggest groupes. And if you need to get out a cupple mindblast is all it takes normaly.

As basketball does not seem to invest much in mindblast I'm just giving him some alternatives. Think 3:rd PS charge will be enught, if not one point in CoS will always work :thumbsup:

OT: btw great ww/kick/stun hybrid guide Speederländer, I'll try making one in the upcoming ladder not as first char ofc but later on ...

Dual claws don't seem to hit any faster than single claw, as far as I can see. I use TS/DT as primary attack on a martial artist, and TS doesn't use the off-claw at all.

I'd go with a Stormshield. You'll need the PDR.

:spy: note that I just mentioned CoT as they charge useing the same animation as Dragon Claw when dual weilding.

I'm not the most experienced with MA sins so I guess your right that you'll need the DR of Stormshield

its my first MA sin so i want it to be perfect and have fun.
i had a trapper and it went well for me till i got into hell .
after investin 85 skill points in MA i got 19 left in SD... its really important for me. i know i want BOS and Fade a bit (still dunno whats better and if its worth the points) and the shadow master (if she's good in hell).
any suggestions?

and u didnt answer, i want to relay on the chain lightnin (charge 2 in PS) for crowd control and fast killing. any good?

well charge 2 does have it advantages as it can have high dmg and large radius but against cow and the like I don't really know. just one more charge and you freeze your oponents ... I don't think you will be able yo handle large crowds with it alone ... faster enemies might tear you apart before you have charged the skill. I sugest you use a bakup "crowd control" skill like CoS or mindblast before you engage close ... then you can start spaming charge 2.

I don't know how much +skills you will have but generaly BoS will only need one point to get you a decent boost later on ... points in fade (hard and +skill) however increases the hidden DR of the skill ...

btw... i forgot to mention im playin with a close friend... he'll be a zerker or a blizzsorc so ill have more help.
last question, what do u suggest CoT or BoI? the cold dmg is lower but have more effect isnt it?
gush, i heard some ppl with about 20k per kick... i wish ill get 2 dat...

Well About the dmg ... don't worry, the damage on this build skyrocks really fast. You'll outclass most builds early on when it comes to pure damage ... and honestly I've read of 38k (here) and I think I've seen a screenshot with over 50k iirc ...

FoF, CoT, and BoI are all slower when used single claw.
