Is it possible to shop a 2soc bone wand with +3 bone spear from drognan (normal)?

If it's 0soc will it get 2 soc from larzuk?

Yes, it is possible, though it may take a long while shopping for one. You must be level 14+ to be able to spawn bone spear on a wand.

As you want it to be in a nonmagical weapon, you have to be < L20 as well. I suggest to shop in act 2 normal because ilvl is capped at 18 there, so nonmagical wands will be offered for any character. Spawn a map where the city gates is next to Drognan to speed up resetting his inventory.

As you want it to be in a nonmagical weapon, you have to be < L20 as well. I suggest to shop in act 2 normal because ilvl is capped at 18 there, so nonmagical wands will be offered for any character. Spawn a map where the city gates is next to Drognan to speed up resetting his inventory.

That would be below Ilvl 25, for shops still offering socketed items.

Correct. I might have confused people by talking about charlevels first and ilvls later.

So my character should be below lvl 20? Or did I misunderstand that?

I've been shopping (with city gate close) for maybe 30 min and found a white bone wand +2 bone spear. I'm lvl 39ish. Would that get 2 soc from larzuk or is the item lvl too low? I'm not gonna socket it, waiting for a +3, but just to be sure.

Either he has to be below L20 or you are shopping in act 2 normal

Shopped items have an item level of charlevel+5 and from an ilvl of 25 or higher, no nonmagical items are appearing anymore. Regarding bone Spirit, that's a tier 4 skill IIRC (staffmods are organized into 6 categories, aka tiers) and the highest chance for tier 4 is at ilvl 18 to 23 (I'm not absolutely sure, however). The ilvl of shop owners act 2 normal is capped at 18, so Drognan is the perfect wand seller for the White runeword for any character with a level or 13 or higher. However, take care that you are not buying one of the wands which have a maximum of one socket: Wands, yew wands and burnt wands.

Yes, I only check bone wands since they are the only ones that can get 2 soc. Saves a lot of time to, because you only need to check 4-8 wands every time.

only "bone wand" will, other his wands have 1 maximum soc.

This has to be taken with a grain of salt: No wand with an ilvl of 25 or less will receive two sockets through the Larzuk reward, but AFAIK they can still get two of them when found or shopped randomly - althouth I'm not 100% sure about that. Anyway, those mentioned in the last sentence cannot have 2 sockets at all, not under any circumstances.
