Shopping - SO CLOSE

I was shopping Drognan/Akara for White bases, and I found the following:

+3 Bone Spear, +1 Revive
One Socket

Needless to say, I was frustrated.

On a side note: How exactly do I get Akara and Drognan to reset their inventories? Running in and out of town doesn't work? Please let me know exactly what I can do.

Entering a new dungeon (besides sewer in act 2 I think) will change a shops inventory as long as no one else is in town.

You can't use that wand for White anyway. If it is shopped it can only be magical, as revive is a tier 6 skill.

Yep, white-able wands with Revive on them must be found...they can't be shopped.

Normal Akara doesn't sell wands capable of getting 2oS, only bone and grim wands can be runeworded and Revive, as has been said, pushed up the ILvl/QLvl of the wand to the point where they will be magical if sold by any vendor. Find the wand or accept lower staffmods from normal Drognan.

speaking of +skill items, I found a +3 pnb, +1 spear head(shield) magical and figured a bonemancer out there would want to use one...right?

If the suffix is nice (blocking or something) and/or it has other staffmods, sure. Otherwise, it'll probably do until you find another +3 shrunken.
