Ok i have sat here for the past few hours trying to shop for trap claws with more than +3 traps

is shoping affected by...
MF
Clvl
how cool you are
or
how long you spend shoping

i feel like my finger is about to fall off and i really dont think i could afford to buy good trap claws on USEast:SCL

i know i know prolly not the place but anybody know a for real price on some nice claws

Character lvl and time spent shopping are the only things that affects your chances of getting claws better than + 3.

Though I've heard that doing a certain dance on the night of a Blue Moon helps. :lol:

But, don't ignore all of those blue claws that drop while gaming, there's at least as good a chance of getting good mods from them, if the area lvl is high enough, as there is from shopping Anya.

it depends on how much anya likes u( u are shopping at anya right ? ) and on ur clvl a bit too. U must be high enough lvl to can get the +3 to traps.

well i have 1 +3 claw and a +1 and one with some random thing that looked good

should i take +3 and use the socket quest and all of a sudden i feel very lazy how much an i expect to trade for a "nice" claw

and what exactly are good claws lol

Well, I guess the best would be +2 assassin skills +3 traps +3 LS /w 2-3 sockets and another good mod. At least that would be what I'd wish for.

Though, I'm not sure you could get all of that on one claw. The + 8 LS should be possible, but after that, I'm not sure how many (if any) more mods you could get on a magical claw. It might me possible on a rare, but I believe you would be limited to 2 sockets.

Personally, I'd not waste a socket quest on a plain +3. But, that'd be up to you.

A "nice" claw could easily cost you a cple of high runes or more, depending on just how "nice" it was.

I've been shopping Anya for a while now (an hour per playing session) for a +3 traps +2 LS with no luck. They're hard to find but I guess if you're patient enough one will pop up. +2 to skills +3 to traps +2 to LS would be insane.

Expect to spend a goofy amount of time shopping before you find anything with both +2 Assassin or +3 Trap and +1-3 LS.

So, the best you could get would be what? +2 skills +3 LS or +3 traps +3 LS, the 2nd one being the best.

I guess then the rumuor of a +2/+3/+3 is just that ... a rumour.

I'd personally favor the +2 Assassin for WB, MB, and combat casting a shadow. Even more powerfully, it'd give the option of forgoing a Shadow claw switch entirely, and using a LR wand or BF weapon instead.

just join a baal-bot game and take all the claws that a mob drop and 1/10000000 you get a +6 venom that worth 30 soj ( or 60hr's on scnl EU)

uscl you can get a regular +3 trap claw for a pul, maybe less now, but one time she was selling +3 lite sentry, but i didnt have enough money

lvl 95 sorc found at anya in hell a 2 asn 2 ls claws got 2 os with 30 ias base speed :thumbsup:

on side note hell meph can drop 5 to LS claws i have 2-3 pair somewhere and baal dropped a 6 to LS claw 2 os with duel res
