Yeah but in the previous one they said woof , grrr , growl etc and all that jazz before the duel and besides the bear was trying to gank a level 9 wolf cub so all the high levels jumped his n00b bear arse.

well, if that wolf cub was lvl 8, then it had been the bears fault.
lvl 9 cubs are fair game.

Maybe the bear just went to stash to put on Storm shield, that would be much needed vs 7 wolfs.
