Shockbear viable for PVP??

Are shockbears viable in PvP? With max How, Griz, Dire, Shock anythin else...

tried...
results:
5kish dmg bear. (this is without adding fanata from beast or HOW aura or might merc aura) round 2500 life? or was it 4k life.. dont remmeber...
maxed...

dire for ar, (my bear had 1k bonus ar because of this)
didnt max spirit since bears that have lots of life = walking leachable and dies to 2 hits anyways from powerful attacks)
lycan
rest into shock wave

in pk....
specialties: zons. dont transform into werebear.. simply teleport on top and they die 1 hit.
any caster without block or dr (lidless users)

worst enemy: any caster with stormshield
barbs
decent meleers
everything else.

conc: dont expect this build to be competitive. just use ur spare items to make this char as fun as possible.

Level 20 Shock is like 10 sec+ whats the penalty in PvP?
Is it blockable? Does FHR help against it?

better off one pointing shockwave, getting max grizzly, and then maybe getting armageddon as synergized as possible since you can cast it in wereform. Yes, its blockable, and yes, fhr does help against it. However, while the "swirlies" are above your head, any damage you take will throw you into fhr, hence things like ravens, grizzly, and armageddon.

As I mentioned in your other thread do not max dire wolves and shockwave it is a waste of points. It is hard to make this work in pvp but give it a shot jsut remember to have as much faster cast on the shockwave as viably possible.
