why not download atma...it is a single player utility but the drop calc is very good

Both of them can drop all items you have listed. Even in nightmare. Even NM Mephisto can drop them, so he is probably the best target.

Go at SPForum and open the sticky thread named Atma and Flavie blabla. The link in the forst post. Atma is originally made for muling items in singleplayer. The Drop calculator is a very nice bonus.
