For pvm, pvp? For pvm both will work, just pick whichever will better round out your build. If you're needing some more resists and fhr especially, Jalal's takes the cake. If you're already meeting the fhr breakpoint you're aiming for and are fine in the resists departement, the Harle Crest might be a nice way to pick up a little extra mf and a little chunk of life and mana. I'd think the same goes for pvp, and I'm assuming if you're using either you're shooting for the 99/99 fcr/fhr breakpoints. In this case the Jalal's might be slightly more useful for getting a nice chunk of fhr right there. Again if you're set with resists and fhr, the funny little green hat would work fine, as the +2 skills will up your bo a bit for some more life (this is why ƒenris' guide recommends it), and you'll be getting maximum pdr with Stormshield. Hope that helps, wasn't sure if this is a pvm or pvp wind druid, so I just addressed both points.

Jalals does have more useful things, it really depends on what u need

The strenght on it is very sweet, as is the resist and fhr like already mentioned. But if u dont need all that, shako is a good option

i ahve seen plenty of people with some kind of great helm, a blue helm with hors, is this just random or is it a good windy item that i dont know about?

Your options are:
- Shako
- Jalals
- Rare circlet (+2 Elemental/Druid skills, and other mods)
- Magic circlet (+3 Elemental)
- rare druid pelt (+2 Elementa/Druid skills, and other mods
- socketed/socketable druid pelt (e.g. with +3 to Tornado and 3 sockets to make Delirium or Dream.

In principle go for the one with the highest skill bonus. Secondarily look for the following mods: FCR and resists. If you reach your FCR breakpoint forget this, and go go for high resists (e.g. Jalals).

The blue helm with horns are nightwing.
It not really a good helm for windys, it boosts your cold dmg from hurricane and as we all know hurricane does close to nothing in pvp.

To answer your question. Jalals!
If you play pvp i guess you allredy use Enigma and storm shield.
If you socket that storm with a ber you have max %dr.

So the 10%dr from shako is useless, you do get some life and mana though.

Jalals on the other hand offers 30FHR thats HUGE!! all res 30 and 20 str.

Yeah. I ended up with the same conclusion. Havent maxed the DR. I used a -15% rec jwl int he SS instead, but it will still be nice DR any way. It was realy the life/mana vs fhr/res.
