Shako gives like 50 life more after all Calculations, Jalals' give mana, strength and resists. Jalal > Shako by far.
And plus Shako looks like a CONDOMN!

i'd say none and go for the 163 cast frame =D
Jalal's is very sweet...I use it on my Windy right now. I'd probably prefer Shako because I have serious mana problems, but the +5 mana/kill on Jalal's really helps. For MF=shako for general play they are both good...I don't think the resists on Jalal is super important for a Wind Druid.

I too wondered what to use. I am making a SC Wind Druid for PvM.
At first I chose the Shako for life/mana. but Jalals, in my opinion might just be better.
I was going to socket my shako with um. But Jalals wouldn't need an Um because it already has decent resist and the rest of my gear should cover all the resist.
Any suggestions on what to socket in Jalals for a SC Wind Druid?

well shako is just suxxor as is still called noob in duels vs other ele druids in duel only weird things is always win cause of my shaeled jalal, and they still say i am noob cause i use jalal

well if you compare them:
jalal is better if you duel vs other ele druid (when have enough fhr 6x) you can duel even bowazons ans easy other ele drood, so i choose jalal even if you called noob (think in youre mind THEY ARE NOOBS by not looking at breakpoints and other stats!!!)
