Shaeled Bartucs + Fade for lvl 55 kicker?

Question for my lvl 55-60 kicker, can't decide what lvl yet, but...

Would shaeling my Bartucs help get me best frame for kicking with Fade? Or would I have to stick with the Burst of Speed?

Also...anyone have opinions for a different weapon choice for a lvl 55-60 kicker?

It looks to me like you need 46 IAS to hit the best kick Frames with -30 WSM claws... Since you can use IAS jewels at that level, getting that break without BoS doesn't seem that difficult.
