If i make Sanctuary in a Troll Nest how mucth dex do i than need totalt for max block ?

Hope someone can help me out here , i havet played d2 for 1 yeah now but now i fell like start again and i like to plan my chars so woulkd love to know how mucth dex i will take

I don't see why people use Troll Nests. Tower shield is a much better option, with less strength and a better blocking rate. All you lose is a little defense.
But as to your question, I point you here.

Troll nests and their normal and exceptional counterparts are 'light' shields and give no speed or stamina handicap when carried.

well i will use a Blade Barrier or a Troll Nest becures of there looks

i dont relly care about defense , and i needs lots of strs anyway as i have a dream of a botd warpike ^^ i know i wont get one of thise just like that but i will give hir str for it anyway
