Since I've heard of a lot of people having trouble dealing with Ghom (inferno obv), I'm offering Ghom kills for the low (?) price of 150k - 75k before 75k after.
If you're a barb, I'll tell you how to kill Ghom with ease ingame for free and then you can decide whether or not you still want to use my service or not - why I say this is because it might require you to buy new gear specially for the purpose of this, and that might be more expensive than me killing him for you.
