Run Walk Problems

My fury rabies druid is having a tough time catching up with people(zons especially) . What are some good Run walk items to get while still maintaining good damage. Nigma is one option but then i lose bramble. Without angelics my ar sux so cats eye is out. THat leaves what? a rare circlet? Any advice would be helpful

Cat's Eye + 2x Ravenfrost, max/ar/r-w scs, Nigma is superior to bramble when not using rabies, Sanders/IK/Aldur boots...and then there is the king of them all...

Feral Rage.

Maintaining +skills isn't as much of an issue vs zons (at least bowazons). They traditionally have terrible resistances, and low life (compared to most other duelers). The trick is not so much to have a strong rabies and a bunch of fr/w, but to just heap on the fr/w, as even a less-than-your-usual rabies output will wrack them rather quickly. I like using a fr/w circlet and Cat's Eye on my fc druid for chasing down 'zons. If I had them when I played a fury-rabies wolf, I'd certainly use them both then too.

Few options are run/walk charms some 30% frw boots and nigma, esp agaisnt zonz as was mentioned above they never have great resistances.

Another thing to note is to wack a mob in the blood moor with feral rage if you need abit of extra speed.

I'd bet you don't even really need charms. The setup I use on my fc druid gets 40 (Aldur's boots) + 45 (Enigma) + 30 (Cat's Eye) +30 (Circlet) = 145. Even without feral that'll lead to some desynching, with and it's just scary. I got my circlet right here on the trade forums for a hr, which I think was a steal, but they don't turn up all that often (not many people think to save nifty SS druid gear). A cheaper option that could work as a hold-you-over would be M'avina's belt (hard to go wrong with an extra 20 fr/w right there).

Amaz is made for speed, myself i use the terain to get them within range. hide behind bushes and so, play with them until they make amisstake, and you get close enught.

Get frw sc's and cat's eye, you can always get a godly rare circlet with 30% frw on. Zons are idd build for speed but normally their def is low, keeping in mind they may wear forti, a few slaps should kill em, but mostly they have killer block & passive skills like dodge etc. So get max/ar/frw sc's.

hmmm. sub question:
when / if you run out of stamina, does it pay to stopp and fill up, or walk and regain while you walk? (you regain slower)

Normally you shouldn't run out of stamina that fast. If however you keep on chasing your enemy, it might be a good thing to rethink about your strategy. Seek protection from a wall or bush load up, wait for zon to come in closer range

i was more thinking about running from town act 1 to bloodraven when you are low lvl, and keep getting empty of stamina.

o, well this is more a thread on dueling frw but if ur talkin about a new char runnin from act 1 town to bloodraven, usually u can stop enough to take out some fallen to fill ur stamina back up and keep going.

back to the pvp topic, aldurs+cats eye+enigma is usually all i have needed, i have a crappy frw circ in stash, lookin for a better one, but i havnt really had to use it

Although feral rage was mentioned, I'll try to explain usage of it, especially against GA zons. Have tomb reaver on one switch and stormshield on other. When you see arrows around switch on shield and walk, when zon begin to run switch on tomby and begin running with namelocked feral rage. Once feral rage is charged (or charged enough), if you can't hit her with namelock on (cause she is running out of range), get as close as you can get (by clicking on the ground near her) and shift fury/rabies when you're closer then range of weapon.
Charging up feral rage with namelock rarely works with weapon slower the 7/4, that's why tomb reaver is needed. Of course, for its range also.
If you have hard time with all those switching, it doesn't have to be tomb reaver, you could use some 7/4 weapon as main weapon together with stormshield, even shaeled ba, but that way you can use rabies only.
