I changed it to 1000kb/s and its still doing the same thing. The swirling blue thingy has been there for over a day. nothing should take that long.

Hmmm. Any way to check the throughput on your line to confirm what it's doing? You have two months still, until it needs to be done

try setting it to 0 (which means unlimited) it should download at the rate of a regular patch gl.

Well then 1000 is your maximum download speed. Depending on peer-to-peer status you could have slower speed

More likely, the servers are loaded because everyone is getting the predownload at once and even though he could handle up to 1,000 he is getting much less.
