Just found my best item ever, please help me price it.

Dex: 110
Vit: 43
All Res: 16%
LoH: 278
Life: 8%
CritD: 25%

It looks pretty good.

I search dex / crit dam / all resist and flip these all the time

your dex is good... crit dam is good... but... all res. is on the low side...

however, it has some other nice add ons...its gonna give a huge boost in life and the LoH is rather high...

I think this one could start at at least 1-2 mil or possibly more... IF the all resist was higher, you'd have a gem. but as it is, ppl looking at it critically are gonna mainly be judging the dex / life boost / crit % here...
