    Rest In Peace and Kicks

I'm hoping someone can give me a definite answer here...

If my assassin is using Lawbringer, will RIP work on monsters killed by kick attacks, or only on those killed by the actual weapon? Does it even matter if the RIP is coming from the weapon as opposed to another item like Nature's Peace?

    Will it work for traps?

Basically, just trying to figure out how badly would using Lawbringer cripple DS...

    Thanks in advance!

Any attack that directly shoots or hits a monster will be covered by RIP. Indirect attacks such as summons or traps will not be. Your kicks are based on your weapons damage and mods.

Would work well for nilathak, but not very helpful for you in all other pvm situations since there will be no corpses left for ds.

Thanks... hmm, I've heard that if you're dualwielding lawbringer and something else as a barb then only lawbringer killing blows apply RIP. So either that's wrong or contradics what you're saying a bit. Thoughts?

dual wield and kicks are 2 different things.

An assassin cannot dual wield anything other than claws, no claws have RIP in mods. If you dual wield weapons on a barb, each weapons mods will only be applied when that weapon hits. When you kick, you're primary weapons mods will be applied. Since an assassin cannot dual wield lawbringer and anything other weapon, it doesnt apply.
