You have 3 options:

1) Use um'd wizspike+botd
2) Use Kira's Guardian
3) Use Silence + Botd, and use Arachnids + caster rings for fcr.

PS: I Think using beast with botd is better than 2xbotds.

Against casters blocking does nothing for you; wizardspike gives you 75 all resists, 50% faster cast for teleporting, a ton of mana, and 50% more hit chances with whirlwind. The um in it is for the open wounds, which is more or less the biggest killer a barb has in pvp.

Also if you don't want to use a wizzy, but still need stacked resist,
use Silence Zerker. Only disadvantage is the fcr, which is not necessary to beat casters, but sometimes it just makes it alot easier to tele at 8 or 9 frames.

No, the thing isn't that I don't want to use Wiz spike, its that I don't want to give up one of my EBotD zerk axes for some other weapon when whirling. Thanks for all the advice so far though.
