Reset Quests and Guaranteed Legendary Drops in Diablo 3 v2

I found a bunch of set and unique rings, only 1 with CC (I even found The Compass Rose/The Traveler\'s Pledge...). When they roll STR/VIT/AR (like skull grasp), they show like a potential upgrade, but the main issue is that my CC is getting lower, as my nº of APS.

I\'m unable to find socketed helms, keep that in mind, please. Andy helm is there because of cold damage - to mix with elemental arrow. On an ideal world, a Kridershot will drop and I\'ll spam free elemental arrows of doom and Chakrams(that\'s why I\'m using this helm with Cold damage and Chakram damage.).

But I only found a Cluckeye... So I\'m using Manticore on torment - less APS, higher crits.

On a smart drops and crafting note: I found Gehennas plan and instead of selling it on AH, I decided to keep it for a while. Then I found Andariel\'s helm, that gives me fire damage to the face. Crafting time

Gehennas is a cool item to craft, since it rolls 3 primary stats (Armor and 2 fixed secondaries by default - mf and fire res). I crafted 10 gehennas until I get the ones I wanted (Dex, vit, socket). Only 1 rolled without dex, the failed ones rolled with DH primary skills. I saved some with Dex, vit, 14% Hungering arrow damage; Dex, socket, 10% bolas damage. There was that on smart loot, too.

Using items on ROS: Nemesis Bracers (I\'ll start farming with barb today - he\'s going to use dex nemesis bracers... That\'s how relevant the stat rolls on this are compared to the legendary affix, imo.), Andy Helm (fire damage to the face, best primary stat), legacy stuff for IAS (Witching Hour, Dead man\'s legacy - I have a few). I\'ll have some trouble letting Cloak of Garwulf go, since, imo, the wolves are that good.

I\'m fairly sure a DH could do it, although it would require very specific gear. In other words, you\'d be already decked out in Legendaries. Here\'s why I think this could be achieved:

1) The Danetta hand crossbow set allows you to spam Vault more, because it changes its cost to 8 Hatred from 8 Discipline.
2) The Action Shot run of Vault guarantees that the 4 arrows that it shoots will result in critical hits.
3) The Punishment rune of Preparation gives you 75 Hatred for a cost of 25 Discipline, no cooldown.
4) The Night Stalker passive gives you a chance to gain 1 Discipline after every critical hit.
5) The Warzechian Armguards bracer increases your movement speed when you destroy an object. Action Shot will do this constantly.

Oh wait, I forgot, Legendaries in this game aren\'t build changing.

Any legendary weapon that drops w/ vit only is garbage, and should be fixed by smart loot. Weapons are way, way too important to not tighten up their efficacy. Weapons w/o main stats are as worthless as orbs or quivers w/ strength. Maybe they need to make a certain floor for weapons; minimum DPS, minimum main stat roll, socket. Then the actual comparisons come from weird effects, large elemental damage mods, large skill damage mods, etc. Having a cardboard weapon doesn\'t help anybody or the item game at all. If you need brimstones/forgotten souls so much, just up the drop rate of Ivory Tower.

I actually tried resetting just for fun, waiting for adventure mode. And to my surprise, it was actually more fun, and also more profitable than my normal \"go anywhere\" farming. Quest rewards give such a huge bonus nowdays.

I just did the whole reset thing and was extremely disappointed with the results , legendaries were very thin on the ground .

Was really peeved after killing Diablo and he never dropped one , I'll never ever reset again that's for sure .

^Resetting has nothing to do with getting more legs, its about getting more exp and gold for quest completion.

And running through the whole game nets you very little in the way of drops ?

Garaunteed legendary. NO DONT GIVE ANYTHING FOR FREE this is HELL on Earth and HEAVEN and people are asking for easier rides. I SAY NO ****ING WAY. Play the Game like a HARDCORE Fan or Get the Hell Out and play something like WOW where you can get shit for no work involved.
