Rerolling and Cruel Mod Question..

2 questions.. when re-rolling magic items, with P-gems.. do you only get 1 mod? I've rerolling my Phase Blade around 4-5x and I'm only getting single mods..

Also.. whats the range of a cruel mod? Like whats the Min ED you can get, and whats the Max?

You will get a magical item which can have either a prefix or a suffix or both, just as if it's dropped by a monster. I don't know the chance for an item having both, however. In addition, it will get 1-2 sockets.

The "cruel" mods provides 201-300% ed.

yeah i think its a 50% chance to get a prefix, 25% for suffix, and 25% for both. i always thought that was weird.
