Required character level for a skill changed?

Required character level for a skill changed?

So my friend has a level 31 Barbarian and she has started using a skill called passive resistance (I think). Recently she looked at it and the character requirement level had gone up to 32 when it was previously 30, so it wasn't in use. The only thing that we can think of that has changed is that she set the player level to 2 - could that have changed it, or is it a glitch?

When a skill becomes available at 30, and you put a point in it, you can't add another point until your character levels up again. The first point you put there is still active, you just can't add. It sounds like this is happening with your friend. Good luck!
