For Charge up do i just use tiger strike or something else. Or Should i use a diffrent finisher like Dragon Flight or something?

you dont seem to have anything such as fade, shadow master, mind blast included

i personally wouldnt use chargeups as they include you being close for a period of several seconds - much too long

d talon is better than tail, as it is easier to control, aim, and does considerably more damage

no i have MB,Master,Fade/BoS all 1 point into each and try to get each of them to 1-5 skills
