Recommended FRW for desync?

If I'm wearing an Archon Plate Fortitude and Crown of Ages what amount of +%FRW will I need to obtain a good speed and desync?

IIRC is something like 150 frw.

Yeah, 150 is usually a good point. You can desynch lower, but 150 is a pretty good spot for it. What char is this for if I may ask?

This is for a Bear Amazon.

you start to desynch with some reliability around 120 FRW. More is always better.

150 will prolly be fairly easy to reach with a bear sin with burst of speed and such, a few rw charms and youll be set.
