Reaper of Souls as a Gift

If i have the game on EU, i know i can send ROS as a gift from the
US site to my mail from the same account but is this ban-able ?

I would very much like some feedback on this if anyone knows.

If you have the game (classic or expansion) you can log on US, EU, or Asia without buying another copy.
