does the enchant charges for this weapon repair itself overtime? or does the repair only apply to the durability of the weapon?

charges won't come back automatically.

when you go to a vendor to repair items they will refills any charges too. there is also a cube recipe that repairs and recharges items. if your demon limb is ethereal, the "repairs" mod will repair durability, but you can never get the charges refilled.
