12% -Fire Res is pretty low end, but it is indeed a pretty rare helm as Vknez pointed out.

I myself have one that I plan to use on a fire ele druid.

I've come to use it on my windy druids aswell, actually.

The only downside with ravenlore is ... a druid running with a yea-llow chicken head looks ugly.

that helms should resemble the look of the eagle, but in fact look like chicken.
