OK am in eseast ladder and i play public game melee duel alot and i think my barb is pretty godly he can kill most of zealer's and conc's barb and other melee char...and my barb is str bugged to hell...the only item that is not str bug is the rings and ammy.. ok here's my equip and stat...

9.5 Thats scary how do you get all that stuff? One comment though, conc is interuptable, so why do you need hit recovery charms?

conc barb dont need fhr?...cuz i was thinking that i might get hit continius if i didnt recover fast enough thats y i went for 86% fhr break ....do i really need fhr on conc bar? cuz am not sure

Conc can't be interrupted, period, so there's no need for FHR except when using berserk for PIs or crying.
