    rare item info?

Is there a link where we can find what mod is avail on rare items?

I know that rare boot has a max mf of 25. If I wanna know what is the max data (max resists, faster run, IAS, FCR, MANA, LIFE, etc) on each single item (amulet, belt, boot, glove, etc), you guys know any place I can find such info? Thx.

The Arreat Summit mentioned above is:

    http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/

I hope it isn't a bannable offense to post it.

It's not a bannable offense, but simply not a useful link. There are a lot of errors on that website.

For affix data, use the Affixcalc or D2data.net. Just ignore the entire monster section of d2data.net, as it is wrong.

Up to three prefixes and up to three suffixes. Rares have between two and six affixes.
