How is it rare items can get 300++ ed when mods like cruel and grandmaster are listed as magic only? I guess i'm missing something but i can't figure out what.

Cruel can also spawn on rare items. Grandmaster's is magic only. You probably see a "magic-only" Cruel because there are two: 1) Cruel Rlvl = 43; magic only, and 2) Cruel Rlvl = 48; magic and rare.

You see items with 300% ED or more because of Cruel's + Fine/Warrior's/Soldier's/Knight's/Lord's/King's/Master's.
