rare claw, new to assns

hey everyone, i've been playing d2 for a few years, and never really tried making an assn. So i have no idea if these claws are worth upping, or if any build would use them. Let me know what you think!

Sadly I have to say they aren't, they've basically only got:
20ias
300ed
(1 os)

Without fools/2 os/eth repairs or simmilar mods on top they're not really enough for a physical damage biased sin. The base claw is also rather slow. Even shop able magic claws can compete with it.
