Rabies Switching Question

Hi, I want to build a kc dru which I will be using for running hell cows on and on...
Now aimed for building one "flaming rabies" accroding to Verashiden and Karp's guide on this forum. As I will also play pvp with this char between whiles.
(I don't have an enigma tho, I don't know how it will affect the pvp experience of a werewolf, just duress is within reach.)

I've bought 8 facets,
3 of them are +5/-5,
2 are +5/-4,
2 are +3/-5,
2 are +4/-4.

No doubt I will get one 5/5 on a death's web. And I'll also use 4 on a 4s shield for switching.
I wonder if +poison dam on the facets works for swiching? If not I will all be using -5 facets on the shield.

From what I know the damage AND -resist matter both.

Both will be applied for Rabies.

i don't think the +damage wil work after you used rabbies and switched to your other set. but i know for sure the - will work like you said.

Almost certain the + works as well since it gives Rabies a higher bit rate than the previous one, just like the - res.
