Does hell diff take your resistances to -100%?

So that if you did all 3 resistance quests, you'd need +145% resist all to have max resist to everything on hell mode?

You got it.

Actually Hell only subtracts -100% to resists. All three Anya's plus 145% in resists gets you to +75 all. Lots of people shoot for the minimum 75, but those of us that build tanks stock up on all res charms in addition to the 75. Conviction's a PIA.

Of course, if we wanna split hairs, you will need 165% to get max resistances. Especially when you wear a Guardian Angel and can have 95% res all...or other items that raise the max resistance...like IIRC Hotspurs, Thundergods etc

You have never to much resistances. Try gambling to get nice rare gloves, belts and boots with at least two types of resistance.
