quick question about hellslayer

i got an eth hellslayer recently, its pretty nice at level 82 giviing 41str/41vita and 9xx max dmg. With a shael in it and a little ias i can get the 7th breakpoint on fury with a mediocre level werewolf (8 or so, easily attainable). On a barb, 89 or so ias is needed to hit the 12th breakpoint on zerk. I forget how slow/fast the 12th breakpoint is, and is all that ias worth getting if i did go zerk. thanks in advance, gtg do something brb.

go wolf. 12 frame zerk is only nice for PvM.

The only character that thing belongs on is a Charger.

The TP IG thing might also work, but I'd try it out on a Charger first just to run the durability down.
