Quick Q on my IK Barb

I use highlords / Raven Frost / BK Ring

I see that I am having a hard time hitting things, so question:

Angelic Ring + Ammy + RavenFrost?
    Atma's / Raven / BK Ring?
    Metalgrid / Raven / BK?

    Please advise.

and likewise what difficulty level/act are you having trouble in? Chance to hit scales depending on the difference between clvl and monster level. You may just be trying to do an area that's too rough for you at your current level.

This probably isn't the issue though, seeing as how you're wearing Highlord's and pieces of the IK set, so you're obviously over 70 or so. Still though, you generally don't hit the even balance in clvl v mlvl until you get to about 80-85.

Just leveled to use set, and that's it. Tried to do a quick cow with a buddy, and was barely hitting.

So you say angelic ammy / ring + raven?

    it's not your equipment

The set gives you mad AR. They're saying you're probably too low lvl to hit things.

If you're in Hell cows you won't hit well at the set lvl.

Also what is your attack skill. If you max a skill that should give you plenty of AR.
