Quick Kicker question

i am a bit confused by the IAS tables. my dtalon kicker will be using a stormlash (30%ias) and maybe an ammy with 20% more ias. now from what i think i see with just stormlash + BoS i will be getting a 3 frame kick, but im not sure what the initial kick is, will the 20%ias from ammy be enough for a 7 frame initial kick or do i not need that ias?

You didn't specify your BoS level, but:

1) Assuming you tack on that 20% IAS ammy, all you need is slvl 1 BoS to hit 7 frames.

2) If you don't tack on the ammy, you need slvl 3 BoS.
