Does non-weapon ias affect fireclaw speed?

For fireclaws the best it could help is making a 7frame weapon bump to 6 frames. Trying to get any faster than that won't happen by using OIAS.

when using slow weapons off weapon ias can help, when using fast weapons most likely not.
