You should tell us your gear and skill allocation.

I'm sure 3.4k damage at level 62 will get you around a little, but by level 80, I was dealing well over twice as much with only decent gear... so you should tell us your stuff so we could help you more. :thumbsup:

he's now lvl 65- and dmg is now 3.5-3.6k.
at the moment my gear is-
vipermagi
crown of theives
silkweaves
frostburns
ravenfrost ring
wraith touch ring
hand of blessed light
goldwrap belt
herald of zakarum shield
viper eye amulet.

without any of his gear on, the skill pt allocation goes like this:-
20 blessed hammer
9 blessed aim
17 concentration
13 vigor
and 1 pt in a few others.
the gear i have puts blessed hammer up to lvl 28.

i was going to max concentraion and vigor at the moment

stat points with no gear are-
strength 136
dex 103
vitality 138
energy 28

It's decent damage, but have you looked at the Max Damage Hammerdin guide? It's preferable that you keep vigor/conc at even levels until both are maxed, then pump blessed aim.

My new Hammerdin is lvl 74 and I haven't even hit 3k yet. Yeah I would think your doing fine for your level for sure.

I attribute it all to my bad luck, hoepfully I'll be able to get something soo that I can at least trade for something like a ViperMagi or some other item that seems to be key in developing the character.

I just did my forge and got lucky with a Pul Rune(well, kinda lucky) and from trades I got a wiz spike(essential for hell), vipermagi, and tgods through good trading.

i did do them evenly then i got bored and decided to max one first i put a few points in blessed aim earlier while i was waiting for lvl 18. but i guess once all are maxed it will work out the same. thanks, at least i am having better luck than the 1k damage i had at lvl 62 with my frostie oops!
