questions regarding blue circlets and frw circlets

I was wondering how do people get blue circlets with 2 sockets instead of just one? I gambled a 2 sorc 20fcr circlet, gave it to lazruk and he gave it back to me with only one socket. I've seen people with blue circlets with 2 sockets though.

Also, I've heared people refer to 120/45/30frw tiaras. I've yet to see a white tiara with any mods. I know the 120/45 is from putting three 45/15 jewels into a tiara with 3 socs but how do you get the 30frw?

the 30frw is from the circlet its self (cant remeber the mods name) but the circlet has another mod, which gives it 3 sockets

When socketing blue thingies at Larzuk, you have a 50% chance of getting 1 and a 50% chance of getting 2 sockets.
Bad luck in other words.

About the 120/45/30 tiara. Its tiara with the socket mod, mechanics or artisans or whatever, as well as the frw mod. So its a 3os tiara with frw. The sockets had nothing to do with larzuk.

When you give a magical item to Larzuk for socketing, you have 50:50 chance of getting either 1 or 2 sockets.

You can find/gamble a Jeweler's Tiara of Speed. The prefix adds 3 sockets, and the suffix gives 30% FRW. Then just put the jewels in it.

I found a 30% frw tiara with 0s.
Ive been tempted to give it to lazruk, but it seems its not possible for him to give it 3s. and im also guessing that no cube reciepe will give it 3s either (with keeping the 30fr/w).

My best option is to sell the tiara to charisi and save my socket quest?

Save your socket quest. The best it will come out it 30 FRW/2 soc.

3 sockets is the Artisan's prefix. Larzuk will only give at most 2 sockets.

both artisans (gives 3 sockets) and jewelers (gives 4 sockets) prefixes will give 3 socket in a tiara because the maximum sockets in a tiara is 3 sockets. I've found jewelers kiteshield of deflecting -.- just wish i could upgrade it to monarch :-(

2os/30frw are handy temps for lld bowzons till you can come across a 1zon/30frw that gets two sockets.
