Questions on Windy druid

Well i'm starting a windy druid..
I have a few questions.

Helm- Shako
Ammy- ?
Gloves- trangs gloves.
Weapon- hoto (I hope.. otherwise wizspike)
Shield- SS or Spirit?
Boots- ?
Belt- arach
Rings- I will probably switch depending on duelers. (sojs mostly.)

Well i'm rather unsure about some stuff..
But i have been saving plenty of
gear up to trade for what i need.. and i want this druid to be worth making.

I have heard like 20 different things about getting a bear or not for dueling.. so if i tele on top of someone they end up hitting it instead of me.. i also have a left over summoning gc for druids that could help me out.
EDIT: By the way i want to get oak.. so i'm thinking it's not a good idea for a bear..

and could someone tell me about my stats depending on what gear please?

Cheapest and most effective Wind would be something like this:

Jalals' Mane w/ Shael
Enigma
Heart of the Oak
Stormshield w/ Ber for melee or other Wind Druids and Sanctuary on switch for casters
Arachnids' Mesh
Trang Ouls' Claws
Sandstorm Treks
2x FCR Ring w/ +str.
Maras' Kaleidoscope

Annihilis
10x Ele. GCs'
6x FHR SCs'
3x Life SCs'

Put all points into Vitality, nothing else. No Strength, no Dexterity, no Energy.

Should have around 4.5K life, 5.7K Tornado. 99/99 Breakpoints.

Or if you really want to spiff it up:

+6 to Tornado Druid Helm w/ 2x Shaels'
Enigma
Heart of the Oak
Stormshield w/ Ber for melee or other Wind Druids and Sanctuary on switch

Get a Bear if you want, it'd help when you are facing characters with a wide attack radius like Teeth, Frozen Orb or Hurricane. Your wolves will die too easily against those. As long as you keep summoning your Bear, it'll be your shield. Use your Spirit Wovles against everything else, resummon when one of them dies.

If you want to survive against good bvc barbs or fury druids, I would suggest pumping dex for max block with stormshield. And then vs casters, use sanctuary or spirit.

You may think you can survive because you have quite a bit of life, but remember your Oak can and will be killed, leaving you with a rather small amount of life. Druid's aren't the fastest casters, have a short range attack and have terrible hit recovery. This makes you pretty easy to catch with melee chars.

No block isn't a good idea vs high life, fast attack melee characters (ww barb, fury wolf, fc bear).

rest into 1st wolf or work to grizzly

Can be finished at lvl 94 I belive

I would get max block if your going to be a pubbie dueler because its worth not getting hit from mele 75% of the time, you have cyclone so elemental dmg dosnt bother you that much so I would go for max block no points into strength and rest into vitality.

If you really want an expensive build, go with something like this:

+2 Dru or +3 ele/20FCR/2 soc Rare or magical circlet with 2x shaels
HotO/15res wizspike when you need more res and better fhr
Ber Stormshield/Sanctuary/Spirit
Mage Enigma
Arachnid
Magefists (Trang gloves are pointless, 25% mana regen far outweighs 30%CR)
Shadow Dancers
+2 druid/19+fcr/life/mana/stats/resist Ammy
2x SoJ or BK rings

8x Ele GCs with Life
2x Ele GCs with FHR
1x 20 life/5 fhr SC
8x 20 life/resist SC

+3 elemental amu + nice second mod or not

Dream World isn't Enigma, Dream World would be the guy I saw on B.net offering infinite 32020s' for a perfect eth'd Jewelers' Monarch of Deflecting.

I went with the TheGreatDivorce advice i got most of the stuff he mentioned.. but not the ammy. But i have something that will do.. Maybe if i craft something up.. But i don't have a ber and etc.. But i shaeled the jalals and i will probably put an um in my ss or a -15 requirements jewel in it with other stats.. I'm thinking about max block.. then the rest into vit.. as someone else mentioned.. But i'm pretty sure i know what to do.. with what i have. Thanks for all the help guys.

My windy got his enigma 2 days ago and he did great without one even better with i though. No enigma druid are dead meat against bowa zons guided arrow has to be the cheapest move in the game.

Well..I was aware that it is for duelling, Frozen. Just seems like the Duellers are all richer than the PvM Players.

Infinite 3/20/20s, Enigmas and High end runes everywhere as a pre-requisite for duelling... oh man...
