Questions for a growing Freezealot
I recently started a Freeze Zealot (Holy Freeze + Zeal) and I have a couple of questions.

What merc would be the best compliment to this? Currently I just have the Rogue, but I am thinking that maybe a might merc would help with my physical Damage. I was also thinking a bout an Act 3 merc to vary my damage a bit more (physical + cold + his fire or lightning). Any thoughts on this?
Synergies: I currently plan on maxing Zeal and HF, but I am not sure what I should do as per synergies. Should I shoot for Sacrifice for physical, or resist cold and salvation for an increase in cold damage. Obviously the cold route is more point intensive, but would it be better suited to combat?
Crushing Blow: What is the easiest way to obtain weapons with crushing blow? Is there a cheap unique or runeword I should aim for in midlevel progression?
Lots of questions I know, But I would like this pally to be able to fare well in hell.
