questions about the worldstone
hi all, i'm fairly new to the game and forums, so, hi :wave:
i have a few lore related questions....
first of, i understand that the worldstone was created to hide sanctuary from heaven and hell, did it just hide it, or create a barrier to stop angels and demons entering it? i'm a little confused about that, as it's inferred that the worldstone prevents an invasion of sanctuary from heaven or hell, but the three prime evils were banished there (willingly or not, they got there somehow!) and tyrael has popped up all over the place.... whilst on the subject, tyrael supposedly led a campaign to destroy sanctuary when heaven found out about it, how does the worldstone play into this?
also, what on earth happened to diablo and baal's soulstones? i saw a REALLY old trailer for diablo 2 that implied the dark wanderer had left the soulstone behind somewhere,

i know you see the cut-scene that shows the soulstone being destroyed, but you never actually do it..... it may just be a product of the expansion pack, they didn't bother putting it in, but it confuses me nonetheless. it doesn't exactly explain what happened to baal's soulstone either, you see that he took it to arreat, but not what he did with it.... i read somewhere that the soulstones may have been formed from the worldstone, would that have any truth in it?
