questions about fenzy

1: if u use 2 weapons with frenzy u simply make both the weapons damages every attack right?
2: attacking the same monster, you get the ias bonus every swing?is there a cap for this?

1. Yes. Frenzy uses two weapons, (one in each hand) each swings once per attack. (twice in total from both weapons)
2. Yes. But only if you actually hit the monster will you gain an ias bonus. After 3 or 4 hits you will be at the maximum swing rate your weapons will allow.
That may sound a little cryptic, but weapon types can affect how fast you swing.
Once you have the right weapon(s) the fastest a Frenzier will swing is 5 frames per attack.
