Questions about +2 skills white wand and optimum shield/armor variations
Merry Christmas, everyone! :smiley:
1) I'm looking for a plain white wand (not the RW) with at least 2 +Summoning/+Necro/+All Skills, but I don't know if they are viable. If so, could I shop for it? Is there a 'best' place to look for them?
2) Correct me if I'm wrong... Homunculus gives a base Block of 72%, independent of you DEX stat, right? Shouldn't it be more useful to spend all the hards point in VIT instead of DEX? %3 Block is quite negligible.
3) Homunculus and Enigma are pretty much the ultimate shield/armor for fishies, accordingly to what I listen in the threads. Suppose I'm relying on a charge amulet for the Teleport, which would be a second optimum choice for the necro? Bramble, Fortitude, CoH? Or the other mods in Enigma (MF, +Skills, etc) still make it the best armor for them?
