Alright, forgive me if this is an oft-covered topic, but I need to know what the best claws to put Chaos and Fury in are.
Feral Claws?
Runic Talons?
Suwayyahs?
I see mention of Greater Talon Chaoses and Furies all the time, but why not Runic Talons instead?

Your claws should be picked based on what you want to achieve with the build and your items.

Generally (without WSM bug):
2x -30WSM claws (Gts/runics) if you want to reach 7/3 dtalon/9 frame traps
Avg claw -25WSM Is enough to get you 8/3 Dtalon 9 frame traps
Venom/DF/SM/WoF/LS.

WSM bugging is a little trick that deals with how you position your claws. you basically equip your secondary claw first, and it changes the way the game calculates your average claw WSM, letting you use less IAS to hit your trap the explanation for that is in the guide for Ghost SINs by TienJe

So since your using Chaos and WW the first Question is are you a WW+ Kicker, Clawer, Trapper, or some other kind of Combo build and if so what kind?

Gts are mentioned more for the lower req's on them, runics are the same WSM*-30* so they will both reach 9 frame trap laying and 7/3 dtalon

You can reach decent frames with the slower claws, just it generally takes too much out of the rest of your equipment.

Choices of claws are really based upon what you are trying to acheive. Greater Talons are great claws if you are skimping on stat points since they offer very good speed with 79/79 requirements, which are easily achievable.
Runics are good if you have 115/115, since they are essentially more damaging Greater Talons.
One Feral Claw is used if you are only looking to get 8/3 kicks. This claw is generally used for Chaos, since it has a higher ED than Fury and so the higher base damage on a Feral counts for more.
Suwayyhas are in the realm of Bramble sins and Speed bugging sins... They can be good, but generally I (and some other assassins) prefer the faster claws, since Speed Bugging gets annoying. But, if you have a nice ebug Chaos... go for it...
