I want to make the move to west so I can duel wolfs on east and west. I am going to offer on my friends druid setup but I am unaware of dupes etc on west. Are 280% base ed Cruel Cryptics of Quick duped?

If its 280% ed with 40 ias, and 3 sockets, then you might want to have it checked by someone who uses a *cough cough* as I have heard that they can show item levels, and as ive heard, if it has an ilvl of 1 or 99, then its a dupe.
