Question on Reviving Unique Monster Minions

    Question on Reviving Unique Monster Minions

    Do you get bonuses from reviving the minions of a unique monster with bonuses as opposed to reviving the normal variants of that type of monster? For example, would one get Drains Mana + Extra Strong + Stone Skin if you revive the minions of a Unique pack of Death Lords, or is it just the same as reviving a plain Death Lord?

    Try some extra fast fallens. They are indeed extra fast. Anyways, when you unsummon them, they have the word minion when you highlight them.

    I get minion status if I revive minions? That is so cool

    I'd revive fallen but the they're smaller than normal monsters so you still get the stacking effect when you teleport via Enigma. So if I revive extra strong, extra fast, and stone skin Dark Lancers from Tamoe Highland, do I get extremely powerful revives? Verify this for me.

    If the miniboss in a pack of monsters has for example Extra Fast, all monsters in that pack have that mod. A good example are the venom lords that spawn from the south seal in the chaos sanctuary. If you revive those, they're still Extra Fast.

    Hmm... interesting, does all boss mods work on revives? like bringing a few manaburning or cursing mobs in a duel...

    I tested this today and I summoned a Unique minion group that was Extra Fast. I did not see them become any faster, nor did I see the Extra Fast mod displayed on their health bar. I didn't try it on Ventar though, maybe it works on the Ventar group only.

    Our informations do not match.

    You dont normally see the ability mods under the health bar on minions anyway. It just says "minion". Revived monsters move faster than their normal counterparts anyway I think.

    Ah I see, when you revive minions you will see them as minion status, but you will not be able to see the mods directly.

    i thought you couldn't revive uniques?

    the game won't let me do it or does revive have to be at a certain lvl?

    The boss is the monster that triggers a curse, thus none of the revived will curse.

    In theory, all modes that are transfered to the minion will still be active;
    ~slight elemental damage from monsters like corpsefire
    ~mana burn {although this is important in pvp, which should be checked, this will have no effect in pvm since monsters & summons have no "mana"}
    ~extra fast
    ~stone skin
    ~extra strong
    ~magical resistance {partially more resistance to all}, or specifics.


    If these do work although, in the idea of a duel, it is more important to find a better monster class to use instead of the one with the most modes.

    Imo, the immune to phsyical frenzytars are amazing. And iirc, if a revived gloam is in melee range it will still mana leach in a duel.

    In theory, if the above modes worked, a lighting enchanted revived gloam would do massive ranged damage.
