question on laying of hand glove

Just curious, if you put on this glove, will the stat for damage change?

I tried put it on my amazon (bowzon), but the damage stat didnot change. Should it be changed?

or maybe the +350% damage on this glove works in a passive way?

It doesn't show on the LCS (Lying Character Screen), because it only affects the dmg done to Demons.

+% dmg vs Demons/Undead adds dmg equal to your weapon dmg plus any min/max on equipment/charms multiplied by the percentage listed. For a bowazon, it's basically +350 dex, but only against demons.

This +%damage to demons will not show on Character screen or on the weapon, but it is added.
Your base physical damage (damage shown on weapon+non weapon additive damage like +10 max damage) is multiplied by:
non-weapon +%damage (for example +40%ED damage socketed in armor)
+
skill +%damage (for example Frenzy + Might)
+
+%damage to demons if you hit the demon
+
STR/DEX bonus for that type of weapon (for melee weapons it is almost always +STR% damage)

That's your final physical damage. It can be multiplied by 2 if you score Critical strike/Deadly Strike.

Example hitting with weapon that reads 100-180 damage. You have 100 STR, +20 max damage on charms, 20 lvl Zeal synergized with 20lvl Sacrifice, using 20 lvl fanaticism, having mercenary with level 15 Might aura and Laying on hands. No deadly strike.
You will do (100...200) x (STR bonus+skill bonus Zeal + skill bonus fanaticism + skill bonus aura + 350 from LOH if the attacked monster is demon)/100
=(100...200) x (100 + 336 + 373 +180 +350) /100

Did you get it?

Then it's affected by that monsters physical resistances.

Elemental sources are mostly additive and are treated separatly from physical damage.

The whole thing is more complicated, RTB would explain this better.

%ed to demons/undead doesn't get added to %ed from weapons, even if it's on the weapon itself. It goes to the part of the damage equation where bonuses from off-weapon %ed, stats, skills and auras are applied. That means it has a particularly great effect if those bonuses aren't that high, like for strafers or WW barbs (who don't get that huge %ed from skills). See here for further details.
