Question on Knockback with switches

If I use a Widowmaker with a Nef, would the arrow knockback if I switched before the arrow hit? (Widowmaker with Nef/Phase Blade with nothing)

If not, would it knockback if I didn't have a Nef on the Bow, but on the switch instead would it knockback when I switched to the Phase Blade? (Widowmaker with nothing/Phase Blade with Nef)

It'll knockback when the widowmaker has the nef and you switch back to pb<-- this is what i've seen in duels.

If you use Nef, in the Widowmaker, then yes when you switch it will Knockback the opponent if it does not miss,i.e. Shield/Dodge.
But no the other way around.
