    Question on Elemental Revives

Do elemental revives benefit from the Monsters do 300% of their normal damage? At base slvl 20 Skeleton Mastery (synergy) you should have enough to boost your revives roughly from 250% - 350% of their normal damage. However, does this apply to monsters with elemental attacks (e.g. Gloams, Bone Mages, Heirophants, Disfigured), and does this also apply to monsters with pure magical attacks (e.g. Hell Witches, Stygian Furies)?

AFAIK the bonus is only for melee damage.

Oh, and Darker Realm, the Hell Witches' (and other succubi alike) orange bolt attack is physical damage.

Just run through the Matron's Den and let one of them cast Amplify Damage on you. Say hello to a hailstorm of 20 orange bolts all dealing twice the damage they usually do. It hurts.
