Question about "Slow" on any items

High there, for Cleglaws Gloves (or any item that gives %slow), does the 25% slowness get reapplied each hit?

i mean, during each hit, will the monster get slower and slower? or just be 25% slower total?

Also - what other items have the cool slow feature?

i think it's only 25% and it doesn't stack a good weapon is Kelpie Unique Fuscina Polearms for merce. it has 75% slower and it kicks nm Baal because he wont teleport around or use his spell's he'll just hit with his melee attack.

Hit slows target is limited to 95% (I think). Multiple sources stack. Check the stickies in the barbarian forum for a post relating to all the affixes and suffixes items can get in the game.
