I know this one. The %ED from sanctuary does not exist so ignore it. All of your physical damage will count at 100% effectiveness against undead when using sanctuary unless blocked. Also sanctuary aura does not effect CB at all. So an immune to physical undead will still be immune to your CB even with sanctuary aura active. On top of that sanctuary does not change undead's 'drain effectiveness' mod so if they are 0 they will always be 0 drainable. So in other words, yes all you need is a level 1 sanctuary aura. Edit: this is not to imply that CB is physical damage. Did I mention that the wielder of the sanctuary aura is the only beneficiary of these benefits, that's about everything you'll probably want to know.
